• Founded in 1976, in St Louis Park, Minnesota by Bernard G. Fink
• 1976 - Tony Lesinski (Sales) joins the Company
• 1976 - Jr Hanley (Sales/Service) joins the Company
• 1981 - Expanded and Moved to Eden Prairie, Minnesota
• 1985 - Expanded by adding 2nd building
• 1995 - William Fink (Sales) joins the Company
• 1998 - Became a Bibeau Distributor
• 1998 - William Fink promoted to Sales Manager
• 2000 - Moved to Lakeville, Minnesota with the latest expansion of new 24,000 sqft building
• 2003 - Bernard Fink Passed away
• 2003 - William Fink (2nd Generation) promoted to President
